The developer, Lexus Company asked Phinney Bischoff to create a brand that speaks to the elegance, grandeur and quality of the high-end development in the emerging Midtown District of Seattle. Communicating the sophistication of the building architecture and its amenities through naming and positioning, we developed an elegant brand and logo.
Escala stands out in a crowded marketplace
The brand was then extended to a full suite of communications, including sales and marketing collateral, website, event materials, signage and design elements within the sales center. We developed a compelling reason for homebuyers to purchase, focusing on helping Escala stand out in a crowded, competitive marketplace in a very challenging economic climate. When the first ad launched, it drove four times the number of people to register on the website compared to a similar sister property.
