BECU sought to update the look and feel of its retail spaces to align with a refreshed brand identity. As design director and lead designer, I guided the team in creating an engaging, distinctive member experience across all retail environments, including their six-story cooperative headquarters. The result was a cohesive design that reinforced and elevated the BECU brand.
